FEE STRUCTURE FOR TENANTSTo secure the property an initial payment of £500 is required towards the cost of administrative duties carried out in preparation of the let (this payment will be deducted from the overall balance prior to moving in).

Prior to moving into the property you will be required to pay:

- Administration fee £180 + Vat (£216) per person, this cost covers referencing (to include a credit check), the preparation of the Tenancy Agreement.

- The first month's rent in advance

- The security deposit equivalent to five weeks' rent

Additional charges that may be applicable:

- Should you wish to renew your tenancy a fee of £25 + Vat (£30) will become payable towards the administration charges

- Should you wish to make any changes to the terms that have already been agreed an amendment fee of £25 + Vat (£30) will become payable  towards administration charges

- If you request an early release from your tenancy that is granted by the Landlord, you will be required to cover the Landlords re-advertising costs, you may also be liable to cover the rent until either the property has been re-let and a new agreement signed or the tenancy has come to an end whichever happens the soonest.
