We build strong relationships with the landlords we work for. A key objective is for landlords to develop a real trust in us and our abilities so we can develop lasting partnerships.

We qualify and screen every potential tenant to ensure they are trustworthy, reliable and financially able to meet their rental commitments. We build good relationships with our tenants by keeping in frequent contact with them and conducting regular inspections of all properties, so we can stay aware of their circumstances and plans and be ready when plans change.

Our management fees are competitive and we keep our admin fees as low as possible. We work with a team of professional, experienced and fully insured local tradesmen and contractors who we call on for support with all aspects of property maintenance.

Landlord fees - (all fees are subject to negotiation)

Introduction service - Half the first months rent + vat

Full management service - 10% a month + vat

Administration charge - £300.00 + vat to prepare all paperwork and include a professional inventory.
