It is really important for all the properties we manage to be kept to a high standard.

By getting problems rectified quickly, damage to your property and inconvenience to your tenant is kept to a minimum.

As soon as a tenant reports an issue, we visit the property, assess the situation and decide on the appropriate course of action. Whilst you may choose to undertake general maintenance and repairs yourself, we work with a team of professional, experienced and fully insured local tradesmen and contractors who we call on for support with all aspects of property maintenance. We always get quotes for work where required and will seek your approval before work commences.

We will inspect completed work before any payment is made and can agree a flexible payment process that suits you.

Our management fees are competitive and we do not charge for inspections, contract renewals or checkouts.
